About Me:

I am a young woman / real estate executive and entrepreneur based in the San Fernando Valley. I am goal oriented, love what I do and the team that I work with. I am excited to bring on a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support tasks in my businesses and personal life, as well as the opportunity to mentor someone interested in the Real Estate industry (i.e. real estate brokerage, investment properties, Airbnb and more!). You will become a part of a fast-paced, supportive and caring team and family. This is a great role for a student or someone working part-time that needs flexible hours, looking for extra income throughout the week.

Commitment: 8-12 hours/ week with opportunity for growth, both in-person and virtual work. Office / home based in Woodland Hills

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Daily Check-ins for Task Delegation / Follow Up

Monitor, track and execute on the completion of ongoing tasks and projects (i.e. bills, support calls and scheduling).

2. Calendar Management:

Schedule and manage appointments, travel, meetings, Zooms and events, both business and personal.

Coordinate with other staff, clients and family to arrange schedules.

Provide reminders and updates to all involved

3. Event Planning:

Organize and coordinate business events, meetings, and client engagements (i.e. holiday parties)

4. Household / Personal Errands:

Run personal errands such as grocery shopping, coordinating home repairs, bill payments and managing household appointments.

Assist with personal arrangements (i.e. scheduling fitness classes)

5. Communication:

Draft and manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls on my behalf

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

6. Administrative Support:

Prepare and proofread documents, presentations, and reports.

Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.

Qualifications:

Experience: Prior experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant, preferably in a real estate or related environment.

Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail (i.e. grammar)

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in GSuite /Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management.
